General Litigation
The general litigation practice of the Firm is primarily business-oriented, and involves most types of civil litigation. It includes representation in disputes relating to business activities such as breaches of contract, employment disputes, and other commercial torts. In addition to major contractor and construction company litigation, the Firm also handles a considerable amount of litigation involving real estate matters, such as mechanics’ lien claims, title insurance claims, breach of real estate contracts, fraudulent misrepresentation, rescission, mortgage foreclosures, forcible detainer actions, and suits for specific performance.
