William T. Dwyer, Jr.
Bill Dwyer was a Partner of O’Rourke, Hogan, Fowler & Dwyer and its predecessor firms from 1991 until 2008. He has been of Counsel since then.
Before joining O’Rourke, Hogan, Fowler & Dwyer, Bill was a Partner with the firm Burke, Wilson & McIlvaine from 1981 – 1991 and with Connolly, Dwyer & Ekl (now Connolly, Ekl & Williams) from 1976 – 1982). Bill also served as an Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney in the Felony, Trial Division.
Bill concentrates his practice in the areas of Commercial Litigation; Business Law and Banking Law.
Bill also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Notre Dame where he enjoyed coaching their Mock Trial team since 2001.
