Patrick Enright is a Partner with O’Rourke, Hogan, Fowler & Dwyer’s Litigation group. 

Patrick’s practice areas include Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, Contract Law, and Commercial Landlord/Tenant. Patrick, a seasoned trial attorney, has tried numerous jury trials and bench trials, in both State and Federal Court. Additionally, Patrick has extensive experience in arbitration, mediation and Appellate matters. Patrick’s extensive experience includes handling many different types of disputes, including those based on mechanic’s liens, commercial mortgage foreclosure, construction defects and contracts, warranty law, equipment leasing, bid protests, and other construction related disputes. Patrick is also experienced in disputes involving commercial landlords and tenants, enforcement of restrictive covenants, and other commercial litigation. In addition to his litigation experience, Patrick is experienced in drafting and negotiating complex construction agreements, employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, joint venture agreements and partnership agreements.

Before joining O’Rourke, Hogan, Fowler & Dwyer, Patrick served as a Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney in the Felony Trial Division where he tried numerous jury and bench trials, including 8 murder jury trials. He was also an Associate at a large Chicago law firm prior to joining O’Rourke, Hogan, Fowler & Dwyer.
