Kathleen O’Rourke Altier
Kathleen O’Rourke Altier is a Partner in the Real Estate group of O’Rourke, Hogan, Fowler & Dwyer. Kathleen started with the firm in 2012.
Kathleen concentrates her practice in the area of Commercial Real Estate, primarily representing real estate developers and other privately-held businesses. This includes legal work regarding real estate acquisitions, entitlements, financings, leases, management and sales. Kathleen also drafts and negotiates owner, general contractor, and subcontractor agreements, both in the context of real estate transactions and for construction clients. Prior to joining O’Rourke, Hogan, Fowler & Dwyer, Kathleen worked as an attorney for Walsh Construction Company where she focused on risk analysis and underwriting public and private construction contracts, including design-build contracts and public-private financed projects, for the company.
