Howard I. Goldblatt
Howard Goldblatt has been with O’Rourke, Hogan, Fowler & Dwyer since 1994. He was made a Partner in the firm in 1997.
Howard concentrates his practice on representing real estate developers, financial institutions and other privately-held businesses. Among other things, this has included legal work regarding real estate acquisitions, entitlements, financings, leases, management and sales, and also in regard to general business acquisitions, sales and other general transactions.
