Colleen B. Cavanaugh
Colleen B. Cavanaugh is an Associate in the Litigation Group of O’Rourke, Hogan, Fowler & Dwyer. Colleen joined the firm in 2018.
Colleen concentrates her practice in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, Contract Law, Labor and Employment Law, Appellate Practice, and Commercial Landlord-Tenant Disputes. Prior to joining O’Rourke, Hogan, Fowler & Dwyer, Colleen spent twelve years as an Assistant State’s Attorney for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, most recently serving in the Labor and Employment Litigation Section. While in law school, she clerked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Honorable Amy J. St. Eve. Colleen has tried cases to verdict in both federal and state court and has successfully litigated before the Illinois Appellate Court and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
